Welcome to the Social Studies Department!

All Freshmen, Sophomores*, and Juniors** will be placed in a social studies class. Seniors usually have an option of taking a social studies elective to help round out their education.

*Sophomores take the Illinois Constitution and U.S. Constitution exams.  Passing these are graduation requirements.

**Juniors take one of our U.S. History courses.  Passing this course is a graduation requirement.
